However, if you receive damaged or defective equipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jorge@expresscupvending.com.
Our team will review your case and, if applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
Refunds (when approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Used consumable products (coffee, cups, sugar, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded once opened.
